REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) #FA445225R0041- 43D AIR MOBILITY OPERATIONS GROUP (AMOG) PICKLEBALL AND VOLLEYBALL COURT UPGRADE

This RFP was amended on 18 September 2025 to attach questions and answers received and the amended SOW.  

The 43rd AMOG has a need to replace the existing court surface on 294CT, with a new surface suitable for playing pickleball.  The existing court shall be converted into two pickleball courts.  Additionally, the contractor shall improve the volleyball sandpit.

This RFP is not authorization to begin performance and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor associated with developing a proposal.  The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this RFP.  Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the CO with appropriate consideration established.  The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, with no obligation to the contractor by the Government.
