The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts to provide CMS with an as needed mechanism to assist with developing, implementing, and evaluating national integrated communications campaigns. As a result of this RFP, CMS anticipates the award of a "kick-off" task order to each IDIQ awardee; additionally, CMS intends to award the "Health Care Fraud Prevention Outreach and Education Campaign" task order to one (1) IDIQ contract awardee.
