The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service is seeking a highly qualified Design-Build Firm to provide comprehensive site development, design and construction services for a new U.S. Courthouse in Hartford, CT. Amendment 2, attached for your reference, is issued to incorporate the RFI responses dated 4/22/26 into the solicitation. This amendment also provides notice that additional funds may become available at a future date, and offerors are advised that subsequent availability of funds may allow for changes to the project; such changes will be considered to be within the scope of the competition and resulting contract.
