This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. No partial awards will be made. The Request for Quote number is RFQ001928 and is being conducted as a 100% small business set aside. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-58.
