Request for Quote “To establish Space Experiential Learning Center (SELC) at American Center Chennai”

The U.S. Consulate General Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation “To establish Space Experiential Learning Center (SELC) at American Center Chennai” as described in the attached solicitation documents.  

The vendor shall furnish all the information required to accomplish all the work as required in the solicitation document.  Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.

RFQ TIMELINE:

• Registration for site inspection: Monday, August 11, 2025 by 12:00 noon (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov

• Mandatory site visit with vendors: Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 02:30 p.m. (IST) at the U.S. Consulate General Chennai located at No. 220, Anna Salai, Chennai 600 006

• Deadline to submit technical queries: Thursday, August 14, 2025 by 12:00 noon  (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov

• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Thursday, August 21, 2025 by 03:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov

• Vendor must have service support availability in Chennai, India [Mandatory].

• Overseas vendors intending to participate in this bid must provide documents in support of their claim of available service support, with past performance details in Chennai. Failure of submission will result in decline of Quote.
