Purchase of Research and Advisory subscription to Gartner. This subscription will provide in depth research, analysis and advisory services for insights into IT Key Metrics, IT Budget, Enterprise Architecture, IT Infrastructure & Operations, Program & Portfolio Management, Sourcing and Applications. The FBI will need value in and look for subscriptions to offer these services: Accessing independent, objective research that provides analysis of vendor offerings, technologies and business processes. Receiving knowledge and insight to questions and initiatives with speed and accuracy. Working with resources that will provide guidance to speed up the decision cycle while mitigating the risks. Speaking directly to analysts to cut through the complexity of information overload. Accessing a decision support system that is recognized worldwide as neutral and unaligned to any vendor bias. Accessing a network CIO’s and leaders of IT organizations to gain insight of best practices in other industries.
