Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement to develop, support, and operate software systems necessary for successful DOD satellite mission operations at NRL Headquarters and the NRL Blossom Point Tracking Facility (BPTF). The contractor shall provide support for information technology infrastructure and cybersecurity related to the development of these custom systems, enabling NRL to successfully build and operate RDT&E satellite mission operations, including DOD-owned Neptune Software, Virtual Mission Operations Center (VMOC) software, and the Transmit/Receive Enterprise (TREx) services. The scope includes Development/Security/Operations (DevSecOps) of the DOD-owned software suite of applications pursuant to the continuous operation of satellite ground systems, including service monitoring and usage tracking.
The primary place of performance will be onsite at NRL DC and the secondary place of performance will be at the Blossom Point Tracking Facility.
