    The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific, Restoration Depot, including Fleet Installation, Engineering, and Logistics services under Code 40 and Restoration services under Code 43140, intends to issue a solicitation for the Restoration Depot Maintenance and Operation Services contract for the joint maintenance and operation of a restoration Depot focused on the manufacturing, restoration, repair, overhaul, and calibration of electro-mechanical and mechanical shipboard, ground, and airborne assemblies, subassemblies, and test equipment. The Depot provides worldwide technical services to government agencies, as well as Fleet and Shore facilities. Depot-level services include Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) verification checkout, C4ISR testing and repair, C4ISR system-level training, Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) support, and the development and upgrading of Technical Performance Standards (TPS). This is a follow-on requirement to an existing Single Award Contract (SAC) that was competed as a small business set-aside and awarded as an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) to Centurum Information Technology, Inc. on 15 November 2022 with an ordering period of a two (2) year base period and three (3) one-year option periods. NIWC Pacific does not intend to hold an industry day for this requirement. This proposed acquisition has security requirements at the Secret level. This is a small business set-aside, anticipated to result with a SAC. NIWC Pacific intends to issue a solicitation for a SAC/IDIQ contract with Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) for Services and a Cost CLIN for Other Direct Costs (ODCs)/Materials. There are some anticipated local travel requirements for this contract. The prospective contract will have a seven-year ordering period. The estimated level of effort for this procurement, based upon Full Time Equivalents (FTEs) will be approximately 124 per year. Each FTE is estimated to be 1,920 hours per year. Additionally, there is potential for approximately 4% more work in overtime hours per year. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334290 with a size standard of 800. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established, and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Procurement Integrity Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation Module at https://piee.eb.mil/.
