This project is for carpet replacement and a restroom reconfiguration in Bldg. 333, Okinawa, Japan. The current layout consists of only one mens toilet, but the new design will introduce separate male and female restrooms, to improve accessibility and functionality.This project involves: Demolition and reconstruction of interior walls. Reconfiguration of supply drain plumbing, including replacement of the drainage system beneath the concrete floor. Complete replacement of electrical and ventilation systems. Installation of new interior finishes, including ceilings, walls, floors, and access doors.Design and construction shall comply with the specifications and requirements contained in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The design and technical criteria contained and cited in this RFP establishes the minimum standards for design and construction quality. Renovate existing restroom and replace existing carpet with new vinyl composition tile, replace existing door with new one in office. All design and construction activities shall strictly comply with the specifications and requirements set forth in this RFP, which establish the minimum design and technical quality standards.
