RFI - ADDRESS LISTING FIELD AUGMENTATION

This RFI is issued solely for planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the future. Further, the USCB is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals at this time. Interested vendors are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued in the future. Lastly, this RFI does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government is not obligated to respond to any submissions received under this RFI.

In support of USCB’s strategic goals and objectives, the USCB seeks to obtain address data in hard-to-reach areas to further strengthen the address frame in the Master Address File (MAF)/Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (TIGER) System. All data created, produced, and stored in MAF/TIGER will be the property of the USCB.

Interested vendors shall submit their response no later than 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, February 5, 2026.
