Industry day will start at 9 am PDT 15 May 2025 for registered personnel. The presentation will be from 0900-1000 for those parties who have submitted and received confirmation of their registration. Companies or personnel who have not received registration confirmation will not be permitted to attend. Site visit to the duty locations will be conducted following the presentation. The location of EMT/Paramedics Industry Day will be provided to attendees after submission of their attendance requests to the POC identified below. Attendance requests must be submitted before the end of the day on 02 May, 2025. Each prospective vendor is only permitted to bring 3 attendees.
