Site visit will begin promptly at 10:00 am PST and may last through 1:00 pm PST. Participants are requested to assemble at Building 160 Upper Engineering at TRACEN Petaluma Please note that all visitors must provide the following information prior to scheduling a site visit: full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, Real Id Driver’s License, registration of vehicle and proof of insurance. All attendees must pass a standard criminal background check in accordance with Coast Guard and DoD installation security protocols. Please arrive before the start time.
Request for Information (RFI)
Purpose: The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Training Center (TRACEN) Petaluma is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the inspection, testing, and mechanical integrity evaluation of propane piping systems and associated pressure-retaining components at USCG TRACEN Petaluma, 599 Tomales Rd., Petaluma, CA 94952. The Coast Guard seeks to understand current industry practices, available qualified personnel, and technical capabilities for performing comprehensive inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), cathodic protection evaluation, leak testing, corrosion assessment, and engineering analysis in accordance with applicable codes and standards (e.g., ASME BPVC Section VIII, NBIC, NFPA 58/59, API 570, NACE/AMPP, STI SP001).
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement may be 926150.
