CBP is requesting information from industry on a commercial solution that will do the following: Capture facial images of occupants in a privately-owned vehicle (POV) when the vehicle arrives in the primary zone area at a port of entry (POE). The capture solution can be officer-actuated or passive or a combination of both methods. Ensure facial images meet CBPs Traveler Verification Services (TVS) photo quality threshold required for biometric comparison; and, Integrate with the current CBPs inspection application Simplified Arrival Vehicle (SA-V)[1].
