Title: Relocation Services

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under Contract DE-SC0012704 with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for market research and acquisition planning purposes. This RFI is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ), does not constitute a solicitation, and does not obligate Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) or the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to issue a solicitation, make an award, or reimburse any costs incurred in responding.

BSA is seeking information from qualified organizations regarding their capabilities, experience, systems, and approaches for providing federally compliant domestic and international relocation management services, as described in the attached RFI Document. Information received will assist BSA in assessing industry capabilities, best practices, and potential approaches to support a future acquisition strategy related to the administration and management of BSA’s Relocation Assistance Program.

Respondents are requested to submit the following:

a) An indication of interest in performing the services described in the attached RFI Document.
b) A brief Statement of Capabilities describing how the respondent meets the requirements outlined in the attached SOW.
c) Complete responses to the questions contained in the RFI Questions Document, including supporting documentation where requested.

Submittals must be received no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, February 16, 2026. Late responses may not be considered.
