RFP will close on March 5, 2025 at 3PM EST.  All proposals must be emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov and cc: Stacy.copeland.ctr@dot.gov and upload in SAM.gov prior to the close of the RFP. All Past Performance questionnaires responses must be  emailed to durba.ray@dot.gov; cc: stacy.copeland.ctr@dot.gov directly by the offerors past performance point of contact prior to the close of the RFP.

Amendment one dated 2/24/2025 - Purpose of amendment one to this RFP is to upload and incorporate questions and answers. See attachment.

All terms and conditions remain unchanged and the RFP closing date remains  unchanged. See attached SF30. No additional questions will be accepted.

Amendment two dated 2/26/2025 - Purpose of amendment two is to delete some clauses based on the new guidance. See attached signed SF30. Incorporated revised RFP amendment two. All changes are highlighted in orange. Three additional questions and answers were incorporated to this requirement. See attachment. Closing date for the RFP remains the same. NO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE RESPONSED.
