Purpose of Amendment one is to make minor correction on the period of performance. All terms and conditions remain unchanged. No changes to the RFP closing date. See attached RFP Amendment one. Amendment two is to extend the RFP closing date from 12/22/2025 to 12/30/2025, 2pm EST. All terms and conditions of the RFP remains unchanged. Amendment three is to incorporate questions and answer and also to extend the RFP closing date from 12/30/2025, 2pm EST to 01/05/2026, 1pm EST. Submit all three amendments with your proposals prior to the close of the RFP on 01/05/2025. All Past Performance questionnaires must be directly sent to durba.ray@dot.gov by the offerors reference prior to the close of the RFP. All terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
