This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued to the four (4) small businesses in the Construction Design Bid Build Rivers and Land MATOC pool (W9123723D0004 - W9123723D0007) for Tainter Gate Cable Connection Repairs at John T. Myers Locks and Dam located at 16501 Raben Road in Mount Vernon, IN 47620 in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications. This is set-aside strictly for the small businesses in the MATOC pool listed above. One award will be made from this solicitation and will be based on the Lowest Price to the Government including the base and all options. A site visit is scheduled for 09 September 2025 at 10:00 AM EDT (9:00 AM CT - local time). Please follow the included Special Instructions, ProjNet Instructions, and PIEE Instructions sheets included in the solicitation. Proposals must be submitted through PIEE and are due on 17 September 2025 at 11:00 AM EDT.
