The Library of Congress (LOC) has issued a formal request to support the Retail Shop, located on the first floor of the Thomas Jefferson building and online. The supplies and services are noted in the solication and attachments.

This procurement will result in multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) to multiple contractors. Details outlining this are included in the attached solicitation.

This RFQ is not to be construed as a contract or a commitment of any kind. The Government shall not be liable for payment of any costs attributed to the preparation and submission of requested proposal documentation.
