RIARNG LODGING AND FOOD FOR LEAPFEST 2025

AMENDMENT 0001: This notice is updated to state that Capability Statements from third parties will not be considered.  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. 

BASE NOTICE: The Rhode Island Army National Guard (RIARNG) 56th Troop Command requires Billeting and Subsistence (Lodging and Food) for 178 individuals in support of the Leapfest 2025 Competition Event from 7/27/2025 – 8/5/2025.  Meals include breakfast and dinner.  The Government intends to award this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the attached justification. 

In accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13), the pre-solicitation synopsis for this requirement is waived. 

This announcement will be open less than 30 days, in accordance with FAR 5.203(b).

This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.  PLEASE NOTE: Capability statements from third parties will not be considered.
