RIGHT OF WAY VEGETATION CLEARING - JOINT BASE CHARLESTON

The Purpose of this Amendment is to;

1. Revise Attachment 5 – ROW Vegetation Clearance – Work Request 1 – Updated Statement of Work provided
2. Revise Attachment 6 – ROW Vegetation Clearance – Work Request 2 – Updated Statement of Work provided
3. Revise Attachment 7 – RFQ Pricing Sheet – Removed one site based on Amended Work Request 1
4. Add Attachment 10 – Questions & Answers from Site Visit   
5. Extend Due Date for quotations until 10 September, 2025 at 5:00PM

628 Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) requires Right of Way (ROW) Vegetation Clearance Services for Joint Base Charleston (JB CHS) on both the Air Base (AB) and Naval Weapons Station (WS) within installation boundaries and around installation owned utilities.

The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the establishment of Blanket Ordering Agreements for right of way vegetation clearing services at Joint Base Charleston, SC in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Basic Ordering Agreements are not contracts; they are written instruments of understanding between the Government and contractor and will contain terms and clauses applying to future orders. Vendors awarded Basic Ordering Agreements will then compete amongst themselves for future orders to be placed under the agreements. The Government intends to award two initial orders along with the Agreements for the two project work requests specified in the attached documents.
