ROBOTIC PRESCRIPTION DISPENSING SYSTEM

The Indian Health Service, Tohatchi Health Center (THC), located in Tohatchi, New Mexico intends to negotiate a sole source award with ScriptPro USA Inc for full support and rental services for Robotic Prescription Dispensing System equipment for Tohatchi Health Center. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 532490 Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing $40M.

Period of Performance:

            Base: 12 months

            1st Option Year: 12 months

            2nd Option Year: 12 months

            3rd Option Year: 12 months

In accordance with principles of GSAM/R 538.7104-3(a) Sole Source Justification may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source is reasonably available (e.g. urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name, or industrial mobilization). ScriptPro USA Inc currently provides full support and rental services for Robotic Prescription Dispensing System equipment.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any potential sources other than ScriptPro USA Inc may submit a capability statement via electronic email by 10:00 AM MDT on April 14, 2026. Any other form of communication will not be considered. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
