Project Description/Scope of Work: The work to be performed at Rock Island Arsenal Commissary, located at Building 334 Rodman Avenue, Rock Island Arsenal, ILLINOIS consist of replacing the roofing system and repairing the loading dock and canopy at the commissary facility. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, materials, facilities, transportation, tools, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to remove the existing roof system and replace with new EPDM single ply membrane roof system.
