Evaluation will be IAW FAR Model Deviation [Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO)] 12.203(a) Price, Technical, and Past Performance. Basis for award will be best value to the government; comparative evaluation of quotations will be used. All responsible sources may submit a quotation for consideration.
