9/2/2025 - Amendment 1
The purpose of this amendment is to update the site visit date to September 8 at 1000.
The Notice ID for internal tracking purposes is W50S7L25QA003, however the solicitation number is W50S7L25QA004.
This amendment also incorporates the site drawing that outlines the work associated with the Base CLIN and Three Option CLIN’s.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged
End Amendment 1
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items
and services necessary to complete the work as described in the Statement of Work in the RFQ Solicitation. Work location is at the Montana Air National Guard, GTF International Airport, Great Falls, MT.
The Contractor proposal shall be submitted with quantities, unit prices, mobilization and costs included. The
Contractor shall dispose of all excess packaging, materials, and other items at their cost. The contractor shall provide
all supplies, parts, equipment, tools, labor, personnel, transportation, supervision, permits, insurance, and
management necessary to repair the main sewer line on site and provide a warranty of one (1) years
materials and one (1) year labor. The project will be completed in accordance with the project contract documents,
drawings, specifications, Federal and State law, and the terms and conditions of the contract.
