This is a pre-solicitation notice for the South Dakota National Guard. The request is to provide meals for the Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) in Rapid City, SD. This request is for May 2026-April 2027 will also contains options for May 2027-April 2028 and May 2028-April 2029.The Government will evaluate each offer based on Technical, Past Performance and Price. The contractor must be found acceptable based on the factors listed in Clause 52.212-2 in the Solicitation. The awardee shall meet all requirements of a food preparation/serving business within the State of South Dakota. No award shall be made unless the Contracting Officer makes confirmation of affirmative determination of responsibility for the potential contractor. Potential contractor must complete the System for Award Management (SAM) process prior to award of contract. This acquisition shall be 100% small business set aside. The solicitation and any amendments will be available at the SAM.gov website. Anticipate Solicitation being posted no later than 20 February 2026, with an anticipated closing date of 11 March.
