The contractor shall provide a structured approach to complete the HVAC system cleaning of three (3) Air Handler Units (AHUs), Supply vents, and Plenum Return Grills in the Ryan Center. The cleaning process shall conform to NADCA standards, ensuring no modifications or deviations occur, and be completed by personnel with Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) certification.
