S--LAKE BERRYESSA GARBAGE SERVICES

The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis Berryessa Garbage Service (BGS) at Lake Berryessa Recreation Area, in Napa, California; a firm-fixed price contract that includes a base year and four (4) option years, under the authority of FAR 13.501. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition.

Firms, believing they can provide these services above, must provide a written capability statement to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence that demonstrates the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within five (7) calendar days of the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. The determination by the Government not to compete the proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the direction of the government. Information received in response to this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition to Sarah Anaya at sanaya@usbr.gov, no other submission will be accepted.

Responses should include

1) Company name, address, DUNS number and point of contact name of email address.

2) Identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 562111, Waste collection services.

3) Information that would demonstrate that your business has the capability to provide refuse and waste collection services at the Lake Berryessa Recreation areas, located in Napa, California.
