This contract will consist of a base year plus four (4) one-year options. The statutory authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of RFO 12.201-1 is 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and 1903 and is implemented by FAR 12.102(b) for restricting competition on this procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562111 Solid Waste Collection. The Product Service Code (PSC) is S205 Trash/Garbage Collection Services.
