S209 - LAUNDRY SERVICES

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order using the policies and procedures under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, FAR Part 13, and FAR Subpart 19.5.

This notice is a request for competitive quotations with a women-owned small business (WOSB) set-aside under solicitation no. N0018925Q0302, which is for the procurement of laundry services in support of the Center For Security Forces (CENSECFOR). The period of performance, inclusive of options, is 30 September 2025 - 29 September 2030. The place of performance is Camp Lejeune, NC 28542.

All details of this solicitation are provided in the attached RFQ. Please refer to the FAR 52.212-1 Addendum and FAR 52.212-2 clauses included in the attached RFQ for quote submission instructions and the required content for all quotes. All submissions shall be from businesses categorized as a certified woman-owned small business (WOSB) under this solicitation's NAICS code. Submissions from businesses that are not a WOSB will not be reviewed or considered for award.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 812320 - Drycleaning and Laundry Services, with a Small Business Association (SBA) Size Standard of $8,000,000.00. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) code for this acquisition is S209 - Housekeeping - Laundry/Drycleaning.

By submitting a quote, the vendor is self-certifying that they are not currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to consider the offer for award. By submission of a quote, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the SAM database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make the contractor ineligible for award.
