(2) All questions regarding this solicitation must be emailed to Julio.Gonzalez@va.gov on 07/09/2026 by 11:00 am ET. Verbal inquiries or questions will not be addressed or accepted. (3) Submit completed VAAR 852.219-75 VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting Certificate to be completed. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT EVALUATE OR AWARD OTHERWISE. NOT COMPLETING FAR VAAR 852.219-75 WILL DEEM THE QUOTE UNPRESPONSIVIE. (4) Interested quoter must be registered in SBA.gov as Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). (5) The Quoter has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically in SAM accessed through http://www.sam.gov. (a)Basis for Award. The Government will issue a purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
