This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01, effective March 13, 2026. This requirement is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 requires a contractor to provide Internal and External Window Cleaning Services at Ann Arbor VA Medical Center, located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, for a period of one year with four possible option years.
