SAFB LODGING PEST CONTROL

This solicitation is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for **SAFB Lodging Pest Control**.  See attached Statement of Work for SAFB Lodging Pest Control services. As a result of this solicitation, the Government anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offerer for any costs.

Period of Performance: Base Year (1 August 2025 - 30 Sept 2025) plus two option years (1 Oct 2025 - 30 Sept 2028).

The applicable NAICS code is **561710**, with a size standard of **$17.5M**. This requirement is a total set aside for 100% small business concerns.

All questions must be submitted by **1000 hrs (CT) on 12 June 2025**. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to this office to justin.tomlinson.4@us.af.mil, jessica.muller@us.af.mil and cole.jones.6@us.af.mil.

The solicitation number is FA302025Q0040 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). All documents including the solicitation, FA302025Q0040, and all amendments to the solicitation are obtainable via this notice. Service providers are strongly cautioned to check this notice periodically for amendments. An organized site visit will not be conducted.

The solicitation will close at **1100 hrs (CT) on 20 June 2025**. All quotes must be submitted via email to the contacts listed below. Offer must be valid through 30 September 2025, for Government acceptance. The POC for this service is A1C Justin Tomlinson. ***Amendment to the solicitation changes listed below***

An organized site visit for Sheppard Air Force Base (SAFB) has been scheduled for Tuesday, 10 June 2025 at 9:00 am CT. Participants will meet at 206 J Ave. Bldg. 1662 Sheppard AFB, TX 76311-2742. Interested participants must send an email to justin.tomlinson.4@us.af.mil no later than Thursday, 5 June 2025 at 10:00 am CT with full name, date of birth and driver's license number/identification number with state of issue or passport number with country of issue in order to be added to the entry authorization list.

All questions must be submitted by 10:00 AM CT on Thursday, 12 June 2025. All questions MUST be submitted in writing to the primary and alternate points of contact via email.  All questions will be compiled, and answers will be posted altogether as an amendment via the sam.gov where this solicitation is posted.

The price exhibit has also been updated to reflect the new Period of Performance start date.
