This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk’s intent of this announcement is to identify qualified and experienced sources able to provide transportation services in support of Program Executive Office Aircraft Carriers (PEO CV) Support is needed in and around the following locations:

Transport approximately 400 Sailors within the local Newport News area from Government Leased Apartments (GLAs) to 50th Street turnstile. The list of current GLAs are provided below. GLA locations are subject to change and may increase to up to ten(10) total locations during this period of performance.
- Impressions Apartments
- Forest Lakes Apartments
- Huntington Hall Barracks
- Abbington Apartments
Transport Sailors from GLAs to 35th Street turnstile:
- Lakeshore at Hampton Center Apartments
- Monticello at Town Center Apartments
- The Lakes at Town Center Apartments
- NGIS Dale Tower East NNSY Portsmouth
Transport Sailors from 50th Street turnstile to government housing in Task 1.
Transport Sailors from 35th Street turnstile to government housing in Task 2.
Transport Sailors between 37th Street Parking Garage, 50th Street turnstile, Huntington Hall, and Bank Building.
