Amendment 1 - The purpose of this amendment is to add Line Item 0002 for a SATCOM antenna and to extned the due date to 28 August 2025 at 2:00 PM CDT. The quote sheet has been updated to add the additional Line Item. **Reminder: all amendments must be acknowledged to in order to be considered responsive for this requirement. The South Dakota Air National Guard has a requirement for portable secure SATCOM radios and Contingency Communication Kits. This is a brand name only requirement (see attached Brand Name J&A). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-05. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 334220 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 1250 employees. FAR 52.232-18 – Availability of Funds: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government’s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
