RFP #N00173-25-R-2456, titled “Satellite Operations Software and Support” is planned to be issued in September of 2025 using full and open competition. The solicitation will use trade-off source selection procedures in accordance with FAR Part 15. Award is anticipated to be made in accordance with FAR SubPart 15.101.
The resulting contract is planned to be a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), cost-plus-fixed-fee, level-of-effort (LOE) procurement. Orders are anticipated to be issued against the base IDIQ. The period of performance will be for five (5) years. The anticipated LOE involved will be a mix of labor categories, to include key personnel, consisting of an estimated 800,000 hours* for the total period of performance.
*The total labor hours ultimately solicited and required under this contract may vary from the total noted above.
