The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Heartland District is seeking information from qualified vendors to provide and manage satellite television service accounts for all designated shore sites and afloat units. This effort will be conducted in accordance with the accounts and requirements outlined in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Scope of Services: The current service providers include DirecTV, Dish Network, and Spectrum. The selected contractor will be responsible for managing and providing equivalent satellite television packages, which must include the following: - Basic channel lineup - Starz movie package - Sports extra package - NFL Sunday Ticket The contractor must have proven experience in managing satellite television services and providing technical support for both USCG land-based units and USCG cutters, whether in port or underway. Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from September 9, 2026, to August 31, 2027, with the option for four additional performance periods. Option Year One: September 01, 2027 - August 31, 2028 Option Year Two: September 01, 2028 - August 31, 2029 Option Year Three: September 01, 2029 - August 31, 2030 Option Year Four: September 01, 2030 - August 31, 2031 Key Requirements: - Subscriptions must be limited to basic service and up to three premium packages, in compliance with USCG policy, see above in Scope of Services. The contractor must provide a reliable and user-friendly resource (e.g., phone line or web portal) to handle service requests, including receiving, dispatching, tracking, escalating, and processing technical support and equipment-related services. Payment Terms: - Payments will be made in arrears for the previous month's service. For example, services provided in October will be billed on November 1.
