    Description

    Site Visit: A formal site visit will be held on May 27, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. The site visit will be held at Harrison Experimental Forest (HEF), 2332 Success Rd, Saucier, MS 39574. The Point of Contact (POC) is Denise Bates and can be reached by phone at 228-832-2747, ext. 200, or by email at Denise.Bates@usda.gov. Grounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at the frequencies and standards identified in the PWS. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards defined in this contract. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supervision, transportation, supplies, and material (including safety), and all other incidentals necessary to provide ground maintenance services as described herein. The contract will be awarded for one base year with four option years. System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Contracting officers will not consider these representations when making award decisions or enforce requirements. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.
