Topics of discussion will be reflective of the questions asked by the USG within the registration survey as well as Industry's feedback.

The USG will contact each company directly to coordinate the date and time of the one-on-one session and provide additional details. A virtual option will be provided for those who cannot attend in-person.

As the Government is not limiting the number of attendees, we encourage broad representation from your company, particularly your technical subject matter experts, to participate in discussions and foster collaboration to maximize the benefit of this industry engagement.  

The USG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Industry Day and/or one-on-one sessions or otherwise pay or reimburse respondents for participation in this event.

UPDATE July 18, 2025: 

The Government is interested in capturing feedback from Industry to help shape this Industry Event in order to ensure maximum participation and value-add to all parties involved. The Government kindly requests Industry take the time to fill out the survey at the following link and provide thoughtful responses. The Government intends to take responses from this survey and use it to structure open forum discussions to have all stakeholders involved in developing possible solutions together at the event.

The purpose of this survey is also to secure RSVPs for the event at Rock Island Arsenal on 14-15 August 2025.

Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) invites industry partners to a Munitions Industry event on August 14-15, 2025 at the Rock Island Arsenal.  This event is specifically designed for companies supporting Munition Readiness and the Organic Industrial Base (OIB).  The event will feature an open forum for discussion and opportunities for one-on-one engagement with the Government. The primary goal of the event is to gather industry feedback on current contracts and collaboratively identify opportunities to maximize ammunition production capacity within the OIB. To ensure the event is focused on industry priorities, we will be distributing a Microsoft form the week of July 14, 2025 to collect RSVPs and solicit input on desired discussion topics with the goal of developing possible solutions together at the event.  Registration and submission topics will be completed through this form.  Registrations attempted outside of the form will not be accepted.
