    The SBA seeks to secure long-term storage for two Ford Transit vans (MRVs) in protected, accessible lots to ensure their safety, maintenance, and readiness for rapid deployment. The storage solution must provide a secure environment, protect the vehicles from environmental damage, and allow SBA personnel easy access to retrieve the vehicles for disaster response operations

    The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the tasks and deliverables described in this SOW. The contractor shall provide secure storage facilities for two Ford Transit vans (MRVs), with one van stored for FOCW at a facility within 50 miles the Office of Capital Access Processing and Disbursement Center (OCPDC)14925 Kingsport Road, Fort Worth, Texas 76155, and one van stored at a facility within 50 miles of FOCE at 3100 Medlock Bridge Road, Building 300, Suite 350, Norcross, GA 30071. Each facility shall ensure protection from theft, vandalism, and environmental hazards, with 24/7 access for SBA personnel to deploy the vehicles as needed.
