Scientific writing of hurricane recovery science and project deliveries at the USDA.
Strengthening the USDA FS IITF communication and science delivery capacities to better serve the public, forest managers, USDA Agencies and their clients in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Anticipated period of performance: 10/01/2025-09/30/2026 (12 months) Pluss 2 Option Years.

(1) Key Personnel Qualifications (no more than 10 pages, 8.5 x 11-inch document size; 10 pitch Arial Font or larger). Include the following:
(a) Include resume(s) for Key Personnel for conducting the “expanded” pre-acquisition environmental site assessment Resumes must demonstrate that all minimum Key Personnel Qualifications meeting requirements needed per the SOW will be met by all proposed primary and alternate key personnel.
(b) Supporting narrative showing how Key Personnel qualifications meet or exceed minimum requirements.
(c) Company Capabilities Statement.
