Special Notice SDA-SN-25-0019 - This is NOT a request for quote or proposal.

The Space Development Agency (SDA) intends to award a Sole Source Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to Viasat, Inc. (Cage 47358) 6155 El Camino Real Carlsbad, CA 92009 for the purchase of Cryptographic Hardware and Software Licenses to support SDA.

The Contract ordering period will be for Five Years with a total estimated value of $3,000,000.

This contract award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1). Estimate Award Date will be on or before June 16, 2025.
