A. GENERAL INFORMATION

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Additionally, this combined synopsis/solicitation is being conducted under the authority of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Subpart 19.5 Total Small Business Set-Asides.

The solicitation number FA2401-25-Q-0002 shall be used to reference any written quote provided under this request for quote. The solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05 and DFARS Change Notice 2025-0117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses:

This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561990 with a size standard of $16.5 M. PSC R616 Support – Administrative: Physical Records Management Services.

B. REQUIREMENT INFORMATION

1. Description of Requirement

SDA has a need to account for and dispose of classified and unclassified IT equipment on-site at Chantilly, VA.  All IT equipment and devices, including internal and external components, are to be inventoried and destroyed by appropriately cleared personnel in accordance with applicable Department of Defense (DoD) standards for destruction of equipment based on their assigned classification up to SECRET.  Certificates of destruction annotated with serial number will be required for all destroyed equipment, and Certificates of Destruction will be provided to SDA upon completion of the destruction.
