This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Secure Parking (commercial items) prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Instructions to offerors and quote submission criteria are located in Section 7, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Sept 2023)

Quotes are due August 12, 2025 at 1:00 PM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at brandon.wish@usdoj.gov.

The Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office (USAO) - Eastern District of Pennsylvania (PAE) has a requirement for secure parking spaces for office staff within close proximity to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

The Contractor shall provide twenty-four (24) unreserved and four (4) reserved secure parking spaces located at 615 Chestnut Street Philadelphia, PA 19106. The parking facility shall possess the following minimum features:
- Security guard/camera surveillance, during the time the garage is open for business, Monday through Friday
- Possess adequate lighting
- Secured with a means of access control
- Attendant on duty and available at the entrance to the garage, at a minimum from 6:00 a.m. to11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Saturday and Sundays
- Unlimited in and out privileges
- Accessible during open hours by the USAO personnel
- Not require USAO personnel to leave keys with parking facility personnel
- Not utilize or indicate in any form, with identifiable markings or otherwise, that USAO personnel park in applicable spaces
