Amendment 1 - 10/7/2025 - In accordance with FAR Part 22, please see the Agreement between International Union, Security, and Fire Professionals of America (SPFPA) and Meritus Solutions Group Effective May 15, 2023 - June 15, 2026.  Note: The government is not party to this agreement.  The CBA has been posted in the Attachments/Links section of this solicitation.

Provide security guard services for the buildings and grounds of the U.S. Army Engineer District Galveston, Fort Point Reservation. Perform all necessary services to assure the safety and protection of government property and personnel against injury or death, molestation, harassment or intimidation and loss or damage from any preventable cause including but not limited to, fire, theft, embezzlement, damage or destruction, trespass, espionage, or sabotage.
