SERVICE/DATA PLAN

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Ensurity Mobile Corporation, 1645 Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard, Suite 1200, West Palm Beach, FL 33401-2214 for the acquisition of service/data plan.

In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed above may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. This requirement is set aside for Small Business’ only. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334220. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 22, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time.
