SERVICE KITS

The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSNs 22520011608074, 2590013160084, 6150014795233, 2590014962839, 2590015219985, 4910015231645, 2590015231657, 2590015287239, 2590015287243, 2590015287507, 2590015287508 and 2590015336748. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Long-Term Contract with a three-year base and 2 options years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside with Full and Open Competition After Exclusion of Sources. The solicitation will be available on July 30, 2025 at https://dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedules will be noted on the RFP. FOB Origin is required. Inspection/Acceptance requirement is at both Source and Destination depending on the NSN.

All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery, and small business participation.  

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime in Columbus, Ohio USA, has determined a consolidation of contract requirements is necessary and justified in accordance with FAR 7.107-2. The determination of such consolidation will be included with the publication of the solicitation SPE7LX25R0014.  The solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about 7/30/2025. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available.
