SERVICE OPTIMIZATION SUPPORT SERVICES

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to award a sole source blanket purchase agreement under the statutory authority, Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold. (i) Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. DHA intends to issue a Labor Hour and Time and Material contract type to Deloitte Consulting LLP, 1919 N. Lyn St., Arlington, VA 22203-1742 (CAGE Code: 3CCJ5).

The Government partnered with Deloitte Consulting LLP to sustain Service Optimization Support Services for the Defense Health Network National Capital Region (DHN-NCR DN7) to ensure streamline operations and develop efficiencies for long-term cost savings and service optimization for DoD in Healthcare Program Management, Health System Optimization, Strategic Business Operations. These services address critical gaps aim to optimize services, sustain critical healthcare functions, enhance care coordination, and establish a replicable model for the other eight Defense Health Agency (DHA) Networks to meet the Service Optimization Support Services for Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC) laboratories. The anticipated period of performance will be for six (6) months.
