    The contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, transportation, tools, equipment, materials and services required to maintain sewage microbe systems on Little Rock Air Force Base, AR 72099. Work shall be in compliance of all Federal, State and local regulations, and codes for sewage system maintenance. The Contractor shall use a live vegetative consortium that utilizes bacteria that thrive in both aerobic and anaerobic conditions.  Contractor shall furnish, update and maintain one each CHEMSEARCH Bio Amp programs or equal. Contractor shall furnish, install and maintain 24 gallons of CHEMSEARCH Pit Boss Product Code 10035862 or equal. Contractor shall furnish, install and maintain three CHEMSEARCH Eco Storm systems or equal with required 100 billion microbes (natural bacteria) to break down greases, fats and oils, in facilities 1257, 1992 and 1990 (one per facility). Contractor is required to be licensed in treatment of waste water and microbe usage.  Any chemical used must not violate state or federal regulations on waste water disposal or Little Rock AFB waste water permit.
