Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 180 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to TEXARKANA, TX 75507-5000. This item is suitable for competitive acquisition for the second or subsequent time. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. This is the only AMSC that implies that parts are candidates for full and open competition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
