The preliminary requirements for this shoe shine & repair operation would be for the success ful operator to operate in dedicated space with electrical service currently unavailable; could offer flexible hours and prices that could be modified over time; would provide its own stand and supplies; and could offer off-site repairs and on or off-site polishing services.
